Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced Reservation / Ticketing Executive with 3–4 years of proven experience in international and domestic ticketing. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written), excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in using reservation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle airline reservations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds for domestic and international travel.
Coordinate with airlines, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Provide accurate fare quotations and handle ticket exchanges or modifications.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline schedules, fares, and travel policies.
Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain booking records.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in international and domestic ticketing (IATA certification preferred).
Strong command of English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in GDS systems (such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
