Job Description

Ace the Himalaya is seeking a qualified and experienced Reservation Officer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to interact with foreigners, hotel and airline personnel with friendliness and patience
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Knowledge of air ticketing and online booking systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours and handle pressure
  • Accept a flexible work schedule (10 am to 6 pm) and the obligation to work on Saturdays during the trekking season (Mar-Apr, Oct-Nov), compensated accordingly.

Job Description: 
As a Reservation Officer at Ace the Himalaya, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage and handle hotel reservations for clients
  • Maintain accurate records of hotel check-ins and check-outs
  • Track arrival and departure dates of clients
  • Handle flight bookings for clients
  • Stay updated on airline schedules and pricing
  • Coordinate with airlines to ensure smooth travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and arrange vehicles, including our own fleet, for client transportation
  • Ensure timely and efficient transportation services

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
