 Job Description

We are seeking a Talented Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of tax, accounting, and compliance topics relevant to UK clients. In addition to creating engaging and informative content, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all content produced. This role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure that content meets our brand standards and effectively communicates our services to clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content related to tax, accounting, and compliance topics for the UK market.
  • Develop content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, social media, whitepapers, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure content is tailored to the target audience, meeting their informational needs and adhering to the latest industry standards.
  • Review and monitor content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Ensure all content is factually correct and complies with UK tax and accounting regulations.
  • Maintain consistency in formatting, fonts, images, and overall presentation of content across different mediums.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in UK tax, accounting, and compliance regulations and incorporate relevant information into content.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure content is informative, current, and provides value to our clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing, tax, accounting, and compliance teams to ensure content aligns with company objectives and client needs.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content.
  • Implement SEO best practices to increase the visibility of content across search engines.
  • Assist in developing and executing content strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and client conversion.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Semi-qualified CA/ACCA or BBA/MBA in Finance specialisation.
  • Proven experience as a content writer, preferably within the tax, accounting, or compliance industries.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of taxes, accounting, and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to research complex topics and convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and changes in regulations.
