Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Sociology, History, Fine Arts, Cultural Studies, or Journalism.
• 1-2 years of experience in research, writing, or documentation (freshers with an interest in research can also apply).
• Strong interest in Nepalese heritage, arts, and crafts.
• Experience in conducting field research and interviews.
• Ability to write well-structured research articles and reports.
• Photography and visual documentation skills are a plus.
• Priority will be given to candidates with proficiency in the Chinese language.
