Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Analysis: Identify growth opportunities in the national and international marketplace through thorough research and analysis. Conduct intensive research to identify and develop potential and credible business relationships and possibilities.  
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, international laws, and business operational protocols to support business strategies.  
• Relationship Building: Research and establish potential business relationships to expand the company's presence in the international market.  
• Proposal Review: Review and oversee proposals from potential partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.  
• Networking: Approach market leaders and introduce our company and services to establish new connections and explore business opportunities.  
• Document Management: Assist in acquiring and maintaining all necessary documents and checklists associated with third-party relationships and overseas relationships. Ensure compliance with international laws and regulations.  
• Database Management: Record, file, and update the database, keeping track of developments in business relationships at outside branches.  
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all appointed agents worldwide, maintaining harmonious agency network relationships and providing timely updates to and from the company.  
• Email Communication: Handle corporate emails from national and international parties, promoting the company's business scope as directed.  
• Contractual Management: Assist in managing contracts, including timely planned renewals and systematic documentation.  
• Correspondence: Represent the company in coordinating and corresponding with overseas parties and third parties to address management issues.  
• Reporting: Prepare reports as required by management, providing updates on business relationships and other relevant information.  

Job Skills:  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in research, planning, and relationship building within the shipping or logistics industry will be prioritized.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
• Knowledge and interest in international trade regulations, legal frameworks, and business operational protocols.
• Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop skills in the field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document management and data analysis.
