Participate in the planning and design to develop new pharmaceutical products, and manufacturing processes.
Analyze and interpret data, generating actionable insights and recommendations for the goodwill of company.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout the R&D process.
Assist in purchasing order of raw material for the successful R&D projects to the manufacturing team.
Stay informed about industry trends to guide R&D efforts.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements throughout all stages of research.
Knowledge in design and data analysis methods.
