Sujal Foods Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary company of Laxmi Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Research & Development Officer. The ideal candidate should possess strong creativity skills, a passion for marketing, and excellent organizational abilities. 

Job Description:

• Lead and assist in the development of new products or enhancements to existing products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
• Gather consumer insights through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources, including customer databases, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide research-based recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration
• Previous experience in a marketing role or internship would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• A valid driver's license and access to a two-wheeler are necessary.

Skills:

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent research skills, including the ability to gather and analyze information from various sources.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Hour: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Friday.
