Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with business fluency in English
  • Strong creative writing, excellent editing skills, organizational or project management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Windows Office programs
  • Commitment to quality work and strong attention to detail
  • Ability, initiative, and commitment to be a part of a culture of excellence

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors: Engineering in Any Group
  • Masters preferred:  MBA
  • Minimum experience required is 2 years of market research/analysis in commercial, or academic environment, writing industry reports, or consulting in any industry.
  • Proficiency in data compilation and analysis to develop industry perspectives and relevant assessment of industry trends and their impact

Roles: 

  • Develop and deliver market research services and another research deliverable for the Global Digital Transformation business unit focused on programs for Information Communication and Technology
  • Continuously track market trends from a regional perspective on new technological innovations, competitive landscape, impact of economic trends on the sector, evolving end-user requirements, regulatory changes, business environment and growth prospects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate, dissect and analyze data to conduct opportunity analysis, competitive benchmarking and strategic recommendations for business growth
  • Create compelling research reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • To contribute directly to confidential market intelligence projects, using specialist industry knowledge and research/strategic analysis skills. 
  • Interact with executives from corporate, government & public sector enterprises, and other specialists in the ecosystem to understand and analyze market trends.
  • Continuously monitor the market, and provide insightful quantitative and strategic analysis to our clients through research reports
