Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles
Timesheet and payroll management
Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates to clients
Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance report
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, facilitating feedback and offer negotiations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates
Build and nurture a network of potential candidates and clients through ongoing relationship management

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Fluent in professional English-speaking
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR positions
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good command of professional English
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to practical situations
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, and candidates at all levels of the organization
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets
Bachelor's running or completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
