Roles and responsibilities of this job
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles
- Timesheet and payroll management
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates to clients
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance report
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, facilitating feedback and offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment database
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates
- Build and nurture a network of potential candidates and clients through ongoing relationship management

Required qualifications for this job

- Fluent in professional English-speaking
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR positions
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of professional English
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to practical situations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, and candidates at all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets
- Bachelor's running or completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
