As a Relationship Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting our restaurant partners, maintaining strong relationships, and contributing to their growth on the Foodmandu platform.

Your Role:

As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring smooth coordination, and supporting initiatives that improve partner satisfaction and business performance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to help deliver an excellent experience for both our partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned restaurant partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries and day-to-day support.
Regularly engage with partners to understand their needs and ensure better seller experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues in a timely manner.

2. Account Management:

Monitor the performance of assigned restaurants and identify opportunities for growth.
Support partners with promotional campaigns and platform-related requirements.
Ensure partner information and operational details remain accurate and up to date.
Assist in improving partner retention through proactive engagement.

3. Business Development & Strategic Support:

Identify and onboard potential restaurant partners through online and offline prospecting.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to strengthen Foodmandu's partner network.
Support in planning and executing strategic initiatives, commercial projects, and growth opportunities.
Take ownership of additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

4. Communication & Coordination:

Maintain regular communication with restaurant partners regarding promotions, policies, and operational updates.
Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support teams to resolve issues and improve partner experience.
Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records of partner interactions and account activities.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

1–2 years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales, business development, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
