Master’s degree in physical therapy or occupational therapy and registered with the Nepal Health Professional Council
A minimum of 5 years of experience with at least two years of clinical service delivery experience to elderly population or people with disabilities, and proven experience in community rehabilitation settings
Proven experience of leading a team or leading on service development 
Good spoken and written communication skills in English and native speaker level Nepali
Sound IT skills (intermediate level in Excel, Word, PowerPoint as a minimum)

Job Description

The GWT Rehabilitation Lead is responsible for leading a team of 15 Rehabilitation Therapists based in 9 GWT centres throughout Nepal (including two residential homes with in-patient rehabilitation facilities), and one in Darjeeling.

The role is intended to ensure the highest quality in all GWT-N rehabilitation services, including monitoring of clinical care, taking responsibility for clinical training and performance management, developing services, providing feedback and guidance to the GWT-N CRTs and medical management team, and working with external providers to enhance GWT-N rehabilitation services.
