3 to 4 years of experience in the Fiber Optic deployment, troubleshooting and Fiber optic issues, strong understanding of utility distribution networks and project management.
Graduate in any stream/ Post graduate.
Knowledge of computer science or any technical disciplines.
Ability to read, evaluate and interpret diagrams and maps.
A high level of personal motivation and enthusiasm.
Ability to work within a team as well as individually and customer focused.
Knowledge of business plans, customer requirements, and market.
Good Planning and organizing skills.
Quick learner, hard worker, good commercial awareness
Flexible to travel.

Address potential problems of branches in the region assigned and suggest prompt solution.
Create regional sales plans and targets for each of the branches in the region in alignment with business objectives.
Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Identify customer grievances and suggest improvements and interventions with the objective of winning the customer back or not losing other customers for the same reason.
Managing, planning and roll out of area wise passive fiber network infrastructure for FTTH/FTTB.
Create and implement technical inspection and quality assurance procedures.
Work with different vendors like Fiber/Cable vendors, hardware vendors, site survey vendors and would be responsible for understanding their reports and presenting to the team.
Interface with various groups like Applications Engineering and Product Management to streamline item development and set-up.
Sales and/or technical support training & experience,
Develop and manage a FTTH product offering.
Meet SLA expectation for the team and maintain KPI.
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction including cross-selling activities
