Job Description

  • Thorough understanding of the Sanitaryware, Faucet & kitchen sink business
  • Expertise in Sales Planning & forecasting, Retail operations, Dealer & Distributor management
  • Sound knowledge of market mapping, product pricing, Channel ROI etc.
  • Sound understanding of Brand Positioning/Product Promotion
  • To ensure the achievement of the targeted sales (category wise) and regular monitoring of the same
  • To implement strategies for market penetration and increase the market share
  • Ensure periodic review of all business processes, parameters and performance and devise
  • suitable action plan and ensure its implementation.
  • To make joint visits with the front-line team to the market on regular basis
  • To develop & expand the retail network to penetrate brand presence in alignment with the business target
  • To develop relationship with the potential competition counters
  • Drive a culture of performance - set goals, periodic reviews, and action plans to manage performance
  • Provide constructive & timely feedback to the team members for performance improvement
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry Project Customers, influencers, and key strategic partners
