Job Description

Reports To
The incumbent shall report to the Chief Sales Officer - Beer

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the Chief Sales Officer - Beer for implementation of the sales strategy, develop action plans and ensure targets are met and the trade sales force is controlled and managed. 
  • Assist in annual sales forecast for the area by finalizing an estimate of sales in his geography and manage Area Sales Manager/ Sales Officer. 
  • Monitor of sales targets vs sales achieved, identifying weak areas and addressing queries regarding any issue faced by sales team 
  • Ensure that new markets and territories are explored and the reach of the products of the company is increased 
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences and behaviors through customer relationships, sales management feedback, participating in Brand related activities, undergoing programs and sales processes in each area.  
  • Understand the market trends, insights on competitors, competitor analysis on a regular basis.  
  • Proactively provide key information and gather customer and market intelligence and share with the management.
