Job Description

Responsible to drive area sales and profit plans to budget through successful leadership, organizational plans, customer service and outstanding execution of all field operation strategies, consistently over a prescribed region.
Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, preparing cost center, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
Accomplishes regional human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in prescribed region; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising employees in coordination with Human Resources Department.
Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors and counter strategy to be laid upon.
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities of the Internet and Clear TV and policies to promote products and services in coordination with Regional Manager.
Responsible for overall operation of a prescribed region.
Managing, training and motivating team to drive efficiency and productivity.
Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies along with sales target.
Work closely with franchisee over a prescribed region.
Perform other related duties as required.
