Job Summary:

The Regional Manager - Sales and Recovery is responsible for overseeing the sales operations and recovery efforts within a designated region. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, the Regional Manager will lead recovery initiatives to manage delinquent accounts, minimize losses, and optimize recovery rates.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Sales Management:

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Manage and support the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the region.

2) Recovery Management:

  • Oversee the recovery of delinquent accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop and implement recovery strategies to minimize losses and optimize recovery rates.
  • Monitor and analyze recovery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with legal and financial teams to manage complex recovery cases.
  • Negotiate settlements and payment plans with delinquent account holders.

3) Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales and recovery staff within the region.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

4) Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales and recovery performance.
  • Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and strategy development.
  • Identify and address potential risks and opportunities.

5) Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve services and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales management and recovery operations, preferably within the same industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to sales and recovery.
