• Align & drive the HR Strategy and manage payroll, insurance, medical , communication, transportation, travel and other benefits as per company policies
• Manage the Functional/Regional Employee Relations Framework to meet changing business needs in context of current and changing national legislations, maintain employee disciplines, handle grievances and maintain healthy relationship with employees and trade unions, conduct employee engagement activities
• Manage HR Budget in alignment with Country HR Manager
• Maintain the good Industrial Relations with existing Trade Unions and General Employees
• Maintain relationships with the concerned external stakeholders , statutory and regulatory authorities, central trade unions and external service providers to drive the HR BP at regional level
