Your Role: More Than a Job

As a Regional Coordinator, you will:

Work closely with teachers and schools to bring science to life through hands-on activities
Support classrooms to shift from rote learning to Curiosity → Activity → Thinking (CAT)
Build strong relationships with school leaders, teachers, and communities
Ensure students experience science as something they can touch, test, and understand

You won’t just coordinate—you will shape how learning is happening in schools in your region

Support 700+ science teachers
Work across 300+ schools
Influence learning in 1600 classrooms
Contribute to the learning journey of 60,000 students across Nepal

What You Will Do

Weekly

Visit schools and support science classes
Observe classrooms and provide feedback
Track progress and ensure quality implementation

Monthly

Submit school reports and progress updates
Capture real stories of classroom impact
Support assessments and school-level coordination

Annually

Coordinate distribution of kits, certificates, and materials
Support teacher trainings and regional events
