Job Description

  • Develop and implement Sales and marketing strategies for the assigned region.
  • Understand the competitive landscape of the region and formulate strategies to make sure growth and market share objectives are achieved.
  • Responsible for Return on Investment of Sales Function in the region.
  • Collaborate, coordinate and train diverse teams of sales and customer service and make them highly efficient.
  • Track, measure and analyze commercial metrics using KPIs so as to ensure regional KPI are all achieved.
  • Review existing products, services and markets to make sure existing customers are retained.
  • Assessing the risks to the business and plan to convert risks to opportunities.
  • Collating and analyzing business data pertaining to all sales and marketing activities.
