Location: Kathmandu, Chitwan, Nepal

Office Time: 10am- 6 pm (6 days a week)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Utilize various channels to source candidates, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Conduct initial interviews, either in person or virtually, to screen candidates for relevant skills and experience.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide candidates with feedback and keep them informed of their application status.
  • Assist with or conduct assessments and reference checks to verify candidate qualifications and suitability for the role.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to management on hiring progress and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities.
