Job Description

Tenure: 6 months with probable extension 

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
Build and report hiring plans and strategies

  • Creating job descriptions and proposed salary structures for each opening.
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Interviewing shortlisted candidates and selecting the most suitable individual.
  • Developing and administering skills alignment exercises to further shorten the list of suitable candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of candidates 
  • Extending a job offer to each prospective employee.
  • Negotiating with candidates about job-related expectations and compensation.
  • Overseeing incumbents' onboarding processes.
