Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from job seekers via email, phone, or in person, ensuring a positive experience.
Assist job seekers with resume writing, job search strategies, and interview preparation to enhance their employability.
Maintain accurate records of job seeker interactions and progress, contributing to effective service delivery.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive approach to client support.
Conduct outreach activities to connect job seekers with relevant resources and opportunities in the job market.
Stay updated on industry trends and job market dynamics to provide informed guidance to job seekers.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required to foster continuous improvement and professional development.
Perform work as assigned by the supervisor/HOD timely and effective manner, ensuring organizational goals are met.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Required Age:More than 19 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience in a client-facing, career services, HR, or employment support role will be given strong consideration.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Empathetic and customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others succeed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems or job placement platforms.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and maintain attention to detail.
Knowledge of current job market trends and career development practices is a plus.
