Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and communication-focused Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support our company’s public relations, candidate communication, digital presence, and recruitment coordination activities. The role requires coordination with candidates, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and promote the company’s ethical recruitment services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Handle calls, emails, social media messages, and candidate inquiries professionally.
Coordinate communication with clients, candidates, and partner organizations.
Create and manage digital content for social media and promotional activities.
Support company branding, PR campaigns, and awareness programs.
Assist candidates with recruitment-related information and communication.
Maintain communication records, reports, and documentation.
Design basic promotional materials and social media posts.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth recruitment operations.
Monitor and respond to online engagement and public queries.
Support administrative and communication-related tasks as assigned.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
Minimum 1 year experience in public relations, communication, or related field
Experience in recruitment agency preferred
Familiarity with migrant worker/labor-related processes preferred

Required Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English
Ability to handle calls, emails, and messages professionally
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
Good organizational and multitasking ability
Knowledge of MS Office, Google tools, and virtual communication platforms
Basic graphic design and social media handling skills
Ability to create and manage digital content and PR communication

Preference:

Knowledge of Hindi, Maithili, Bhojpuri, or other languages
Experience in social media management and promotional activities
Driving license (2-wheeler) preferred
