Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring and Compliance process from beginning to end for UK based company - Ten90 Recruitment Group. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting a small team of Consultants, assisting with the recruitment process from start to finish, undertaking tasks such as candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at all times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and administration skills, strong communication abilities (both written and verbal), and a passion for recruitment! You should be IT literate as we use a number of software systems, full training will be provided.

Working Hours: 5 days a week, 9 am to 5 Pm UK time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting adverts, sourcing and screening / interviewing candidates, assisting with compliance clearance and onboarding new workers.
  • In conjunction with consultants, coordinate interviews, send confirmations and follow up with candidates to ensure a seamless interview process.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates and provide recommendations to Consultants or hiring managers.
  • Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and the CRM system, ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with maintaining the booking registers and timesheet collation for weekly payroll.
  • Collaborate with Consultants to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Send out marketing mailshots to prospective clients and candidates.
  • Support other projects as needed.
