Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, assisting with candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities in English language, and a passion for talent acquisition You will be working 8 hours shift, 5 days a week, 9am-5pm UK time(1:45 Pm to 9:45 Pm Nepali Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview process.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with the preparation of employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to deal with candidates, hiring managers and clients.
  • Capability to build relationships and work well within a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and possibly HR software.

Note: 

  • 8 hours shift [5 days a week, 9-5 UK time] [1:45 PM to 9:45 PM Nepali Time]
  • Preference is given to candidates with 2 wheelers
