  • Good command over English (Both speaking and Writing)
  • Computer literacy proficient with email, internet and office packages
  • Applicants with pleasant and smart personality
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism
  • Applicant with 2 wheeler vehicle license will be given preference
  • Preferred Age Range: 18 - 25 years

Job Description

  • Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks
  • Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information identifying and communication solutions
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests of international clients through phone and e-mail
  • Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management, discovering irregularities determining continuing needs
  • Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed

  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM      
  • Lunch: Provided
