• The recruitment manager leads a team of people in this significant campaign to recruit and selectyouth with the potential to be leaders, first by impacting the classrooms in which they teach, and then becoming a change agent in their communities and the country at large. 
• The manger oversees the entire development, design and implementation of the recruitment and selection process. A crucial part of this involves developing necessary partnerships and networks.

Every year, Teach for Nepal undertakes a massive recruitment campaign to find some of the best youth in the country to join the TFN Fellowship. We organize massive outreach, from which, this year almost 2500 young people registered and 50 will be selected. Each year, our recruitment goals grow exponantially.
