As a Recruitment Consultant at Raj Laxmi Tax Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting top-tier talent in Culinary sector and overviewing accounting sector as well to join our organization. You will collaborate with operational managers, understand their staffing needs, and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold calling in the Uk.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences in the UK.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities in the UK.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare and manage staff rotas, ensuring optimal coverage and compliance with client requirements in the UK.
Collect and verify timesheets from staff, ensuring accuracy before submission to the account team for payment processing.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise regarding staff placement or timesheet discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of placements, timesheets, and payment transactions.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
Utilize social media platforms to advertise job vacancies and attract potential candidates in the UK.
Monitor social media trends and use them to optimize recruitment strategies in the Uk.
Respond to candidate inquiries via social media in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with candidates and clients on social media to build a strong online presence.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent command of the English language.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in using recruitment software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with various stakeholders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of employment laws and regulations
Competency in data management and online systems.
