Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their needs. Suggest them about the right service for them
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, head hunting and others.
Conduct interviews and filter candidates before sending the database to the clients.
Groom the shortlisted candidates before sending them to the client. Grooming: ensure their CVs are ok, they are interview ready and others.
Be a part of various IT groups and attend conferences to build the network in the IT Industry. Also to promote the company as and when it's possible.
Maintain relationships with HR/Management of IT companies. Approach them for head hunting services.
Use Applicant Tracking system(ATS) and use it for the advantage of business.
Use social media to promote the company and be in touch with the potential candidates.
