Job Description

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of roles within the recruitment agency's client base. This position requires a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with suitable job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing, to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
  • Candidate Screening:
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit, based on clients’ requirements.
  • Administer assessments and tests as needed.
  • Reference check candidates to verify their employment history and qualifications.

Candidate Selection

  • Present qualified candidates to clients for consideration.
  • Communicate salary and benefits packages with candidates.
  • Provide candidates with information about the job role, company culture, and expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients' hiring needs and requirements.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to Deployment.
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and effective.
  • Adhere to recruitment agency policies, procedures, and Ethical practices.
