Should have 1 year of prior experience of working in Credit recovery in financial services environment
Strong negotiation and communication skill
Understanding of financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and debt management techniques
Proficiency in using financial software, including MS Excel
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of team
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
Willingness to learn and adapt new technologies and processes

Note: The candidate should be minimum 28 years old.

Develop and implement strategies to recover delinquent accounts and bad debts.
Contact clients with delinquent accounts to negotiate payment plans and resolve payment issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all clients communications and payment arrangements
Collaborate with respective team members to evaluate the creditworthiness of clients and develop strategies accordingly
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in payment behavior and make recommendations to improve the recovery process
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment issues and ensure that clients are treated fairly
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Provide regular reports on recovery performance to management
Other as instructed by reporting manager as on need basis
