Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently seeking a smart, professional, and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Store Keeper to support the administrative and operational functions of our head office.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, vendors, and shareholders professionally.
Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage appointment scheduling and provide general information.
Maintain a visitor logbook and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in the preparation and arrangement of board meetings.
Organize and maintain office filing systems, documents, and records.
Handle overflow administrative tasks, including word processing, data entry, and online research.
Provide information related to various hydropower projects of the company.
Oversee inventory of office supplies, furniture, and equipment.
Ensure timely procurement and stock maintenance of materials.
Maintain organized store records and track stock movements.
Support compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
At least 1 year of proven experience as a receptionist, storekeeper, or in a similar role. Freshers can also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and other data entry software.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive attitude with a team-oriented approach.
