Responsibilities

Reception administration

• Internal & external call transfers
• Maintain updated computerized records of contact numbers of offices & official contacts.
• Maintain updated internal extension numbers & provide information on changes & information to new staff & Email to HO Staff
• Domestic Courier bills records, bill verification, bill payments

Administration Services

• Maintenance of office facility - furniture, fixtures, air condition and electricals
• Cleanliness of office facility - meeting rooms, bar, accounts archive etc.
• Stationary usage - monitoring & control
• Support in disbursement of staff facilities
• Domestic Travel bookings, fare analysis, ticket issuance and recordkeeping.
• Assist internal & external visitors with accommodation, ticketing, and logistics.
• Support in leave & attendance management.
