Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets, brochures)
Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments
Review Front Office log book and parents feedback forms on daily basis
Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages
Answering parents, students inquires in person via phone and through emails
Offers refreshments (coffee, watered) to visitor, where applicable
Greets all residents, associates and visitors with a warm smile and pleasant tone of voice

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Intermediate with minimum one years' experience in administrative support position, with in an office environment
Through knowledge of office management
Problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize workload
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
