We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Attendant to support our office operations and administrative tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
Assist with routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document management.
Support staff with basic office operations and errands as needed.
Manage incoming calls, messages, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Assist in coordinating meetings and office events.
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth office functioning.

Education: +2 in Management or equivalent.
