Job Description

Handle phone calls and visitors
Support in day to day administration of the Office
Operate phone calls, scanner, printer, fax etc
Greet the visitors with smile and guide them properly
To offer counselling to students for a range of issues including academic problems, behavioral difficulties in the classroom, emotional issues
To facilitate, alongside other colleagues, group sessions in the school’s behavior
To implement a robust system of referral in order that students may access the services offered
