• Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
• Greet and welcome students as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Provide consultation in relation to course/provider options
• Prepare applications and submissions
• Co-ordinate and communicate with students/education providers etc
• Keep a record of admission activities
