Job Description

  • Scheduling appointments for pet grooming clients.
  • Maintaining the appointment calendar and update it regularly.
  • Communicating with clients to confirm appointments and answer any questions they may have.
  • Keeping track of grooming supplies and order more when necessary.
  • Meeting customer demands and requests.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensure clients are satisfied with their appointments.
  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
  • Dealing with cash register.
  • Making sure that pets service and health and safety are met.
  • Responding to customer complaints and comments.
  • Assist groomers with tasks such as bathing, brushing, and drying pets.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for both customers and employees.
  • Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff members.
