Smartlink Telecommunications is a leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) company, and is seeking a smart, polite, and responsible Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will handle administrative and communication-related duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and emails.
Maintain visitor records and ensure a clean and welcoming reception area.
Coordinate with departments for messages and meetings.
Handle basic office administration tasks such as filing and documentation.
Assist the HR and admin team in day-to-day office operations.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Management or related field).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (freshers can also apply).
Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Email handling).
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and punctual.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

Additional Information:

Working Days: Sunday to Friday
