Clickon International is seeking an energetic and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. As part of our fast-paced and growing team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor
Answer and route phone calls; manage inquiries efficiently
Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Keep accurate records of client interactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and operations

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
High school diploma (post-secondary education preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and related software
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Knowledge of the Direct Sells/Marketing Service industry is an advantage
