Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to join our team for the night shift. As a mid-level position, the ideal candidate should have prior experience in receptionist roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Answer phone calls, assist with inquiries and redirect calls to the appropriate department.
  • Check in and check out guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
  • Handle reservations and cancellations, maintaining a clean and updated reservation system.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions, following proper procedures and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist with various administrative duties as assigned.
