Job Description

We are seeking Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic team at Heritage Educational Consultancy, a leading Immigration and Education Consultancy firm. The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for our organization and will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
  • Provide information to clients regarding our services and packages
  • Assist with digital content creation for social media platforms
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Handle and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Liaise with other departments and external partners as needed
  • Attend to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with customer service duties as per company guidelines
  • Keep the reception area clean and organized
