Best And Fast Travel And Tours, a leading travel agency with multinational offices in India, Dubai, and Nepal. We are seeking a highly capable and reliable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess good English communication skills, a professional appearance, and excellent computer knowledge to effectively handle administrative tasks and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member 
  • Respond to email inquiries and schedule appointments for clients 
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area 
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying 
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions 
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations 
  • Maintain records and update databases 
  • Provide basic information about our services and packages to clients 
  • Keep track of inventory and order office supplies when necessary
