Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist to manage day-to-day front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner
Handle incoming calls—screen, direct, and take messages as needed
Provide accurate information and respond to general inquiries
Coordinate with candidates, agents, and staff to share information and follow up
Perform clerical tasks (filing, scanning, data entry, mailing, etc.)
Draft and proofread emails, letters, and official documents
Manage social media communication and marketing content as instructed
Apply online applications and upload necessary documents
Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure the front desk area is organized
Track expenses and keep accurate front desk records
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient front office operations
Adapt to changing priorities and handle situations professionally

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Strong understanding of front desk operations
Familiarity with Nepal’s foreign employment industry
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Proficient in organizational and multitasking abilities
PCL or higher in Business, Operations Management, or a related field

Note:

Working Hours: 8 hours
Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience.
