Roles and responsibilities of this job

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling, answer, screen and forward all the incoming and outgoing calls without delay.
Responsible to deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Arrange travel and accommodations.
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
To keep close eye on the staff attendance both on register and electronic machine and inform HR if any discrepancies.
Be aware of and report suspicious activity
To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as need.
To deliver excellent customer service, at all times
Booking and preparing meeting, conference and training room, informing participants.
Handle basic bookkeeping and cashiering  duties
Other works as and when assigned by the concerned authority.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
