Roles and responsibilities of this job

Suzuki Driving School is seeking a motivated and experienced Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our institute by providing excellent customer service, administrative support, and day-to-day management of the front desk.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and efficiently.
Manage appointments and schedule driving lessons for students.
Maintain and update client records and ensure accurate data entry.
Receive and process payments and issue receipts.
Assist in administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
Handle and resolve any client complaints or issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the front desk.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure quality service to clients.
Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Must have a minimum of +2 passed in a related field.
Proven work experience as a Front Desk Officer or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

License trial tests conducted by the Government of Nepal are currently hosted by us.
