The abroad studies department here at SubhaGriha is a young and dynamic team of professionals who have either studied and/or lived abroad for considerable amount of time or are people with lots of experience in placing students in the right institutions abroad.   • Answers and screens telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy
  • Proactively establishes and maintains highly organized filing system, files correspondence and other records
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Ensure office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
