Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
Handle daily office correspondence, emails, and appointments.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing the calendar for the office.
Provide information and support to clients or guests as required.
Maintain records, files, and office supplies inventory.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication.
