Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are Gurukul Commerce Academy, a leading CA Education Institute located in Bagbazar, Kathmandu with our offices in Bagbazar, Baneshwor, and Bharatpur. Our passionate teachers focus on providing students with conceptual clarity and easy techniques. We offer the best infrastructure, study materials, and classroom facilities to ensure the best education and results in the CA course.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Greet and welcome student and visitors, providing them with information and assistance.
Answer direct phone calls in professional manner.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
Coordinate with team to support daily operations and events.
Support other administrative function as needed.

Working Hour: Morning (6:00AM to 3:00PM) / Day (9:00 AM to 5:00PM)

Qualifications, skills, & requirements:

Minimum +2 level or Bachelor degree
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft office suite and office equipment
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
