Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling office equipment, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents with a professional attitude and appearance.
• Manage the front desk by answering phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and handling inquiries in both English and Nepali.
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and school events.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and other correspondence.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Provide support to teachers and administrative staff as needed.
• Manage office equipment, including printers, photocopiers, and scanners, and report any maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate records and logs, including visitor sign-in sheets.
• Ensure security protocols are followed, including monitoring and directing visitors as per school policies.
